Menu 1 @ £18.00 per head

  • Mixed summer rice salad with pistachio nuts and coriander
  • Rocket, watercress and mushroom salad with a garlic and herb dressing
  • Chocolate truffle mousse cake with a raspberry coulis

Menu 2 @ £23.00 per head

  • Chargrilled Salmon with sweet & sour cucumber chutney
  • Roasted tomato and baby spinach tatin with feta
  • Mixed baby leaf salad with focaccia croutons and a herb vinaigrette
  • Roasted potato and red onion with sour cream and chives
  • Mangetout salad with shavings of parmesan
  • Individual summer pudding with double cream

Menu 3 @ £27.50 per head

  • Mediterranean fillet of beef with a rosemary vinaigrette
  • Watercress, rocket & avocado salad with lemon & dill
  • Greek salad with French beans & walnuts
  • Treacle tart with crème fraiche

Bread and butter @ £2.00 per head
