Cancellation charges will apply to all confirmed cancelled bookings within the following time frames:

|
A working day is defined as a full office working day of 9am to 5pm, Monday
to Friday.
Cancellation charges will apply to postponed bookings, if that booking
is then cancelled.
Eyewitness will accept no liability for delays, disruptions or postponements
caused by or as a result of weather, industrial actions, demonstrations,
transport difficulties, terrorist actions or any other circumstances
beyond our control.
Handling Charges:
If Eyewitness arranges incentives or has to hire specific equipment
requested by the client, we will charge a 15% handling charge.
Payment:
Terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice and are subject
to VAT. Interest will be charged on outstanding accounts.
Property:
Eyewitness will accept no liability for any loss or damage to Clients’
property or stored materials unless it is caused by Eyewitness negligence.
Damage:
Any damage that is incurred to the Eyewitness Studios will be billed
on to the Client’s invoice. A full inspection of the Studios
is routinely done every morning.
